IDP Compilation

IDP is incredibly proud to finally announce our IDP COMPILATION, featuring 12 never before released italodance and lento violento tracks. The CD contains new productions from Domasi, Grax, L.E.S. Project, Nowak, Italian Rockaz and many others. The CD will be available for purchase exclusively at IDP in a high quality Super JewelBox but also available in all major digital download stores.

Autumn 2010 IDP agreed with Italo Rumble Digital to make a compilation with tracks selected by the staff of IDP - Italo Dance Portal.com

The intention was to be ready around Christmas 2010, but it turned out not being as easy as first thought. We wanted a certain level of quality so it would be enjoyable to listen over and over, and stay a good memory to look back on - finally we believe we have reached the goal, although a little later.

IDP would like to say a big THANK YOU for all the demos we received! We are truly honored that you wanted to be a part of this, also all the producers who did not get selected.

Also a special thanks to Salvo (Seleco) from the label Italo Rumble Digital for the opportunity and for the help getting the compilation out in all major digital stores. It has been a big wish for us to make a compilation for a very long time Smile ...and finally it has come true!

Only left to say is that we hope you will enjoy listening it as much as we enjoyed realizing it Wink

Yeah I must say I'm very satisfied with the final track list, many of the tracks are really really good, and I think, without being too cocky, that I can say it will be one of the best compilations of the year Laughing out loud

and Laeske - we will make some print tests the next days to find the perfect print quality, so it's ready for late April Wink

I also wish to thank Janik for making an awesome cover - you can also see the new idp logo in it which will be implemented soon.

Jeez...what has happened to the Italodance I once knew? A couple of those tracks are respectable at best. The way some people on here talk about them, it's almost like you don't remember the days when the genre used to be great! Where is Sanny J, Danijay, Prezioso, Luchetta?

It may not be up to the standard of the glorious past from, say, Danijay, Prezioso etc.
But why should it be compared to that?

Comparing it to the current releases is much more logical, which makes it a freakin awesome list of songs

I agree ...it was a very different period ...producers was much more exprienced in music production than today.

if you buy the CD on IDP instead of buying digital downloads we can ship it worldwide, also to the americas (which is kinda included in the worldwide). The shipping costs will be higher than just to the EU, but as friendly as we are we can let you choose the shipping option that fits you best and wrap it as good as possible Smile
