To have enough time to get it in all the download stores, some are faster than others.
We could have waited with the announcement untill a week before release, don't know if you would have prefered that

The problem is that I can't buy from Internet 'cause I don't have credit card or PayPal account and I'd like to know the full amount for the disc (including shipping costs and all that in order to know whether I'll be able to pay for it)
