The time zone is still GMT+1 just with an UTC offset of +1 hour, it's not like the country of Denmark suddenly moves to the Russian time zone because of the summer time 
So the correct thing to write would be "21-22 CEST" (Central European Summer Time) or "21-22 GMT+1 DST+1", but Danish time zone is still GMT+1
