Gabry Ponte has had quite a decline lately, he couldn't really adopt to the new style of music so I think it would make sense if he re-unites Eiffel65, it's really mostly up to him.
Eiffel65.com previously just pointed to Blissco's website so it's very interesting that they changed it. I wont believe anyone saying it wasn't done intentionally.
Anyhow another theory could be that they wont re-unite, but that Blissco just want to promote the new remix editions of the old E65 hits.
But if they really did re-unite they would make nothing like the old style. It would be either House or Pop probably including some electro-house elements.
But lately Aqua re-united and I was at a concert with them which was really great so I'm sure E65 could make a success out of a tour too 
I pray for a world tour!
Btw. the source code of the site it indicates that some kind of website is under construction, so it's not just a teaser.

That would be really awesome...
About Ponte having a decline, i don't think it's true, he's going pretty well on the live show part and on m2o. And it sounds like his compilations are going well since Dance'n'Love saw recently a vol.2 and he just shot a new music video..
But since recently Maury Lobina signed a remix for the Re-Edition of Move Your Body, we could consider a come back might be possible.
But still..it could be just some kind of remix album you know... anyway let's wait and see.
The site is actually under_construction and it 2 different language, English and Italian..so that might be interesting to point too.

Well I think we can agree that he was a more popular DJ some years ago. My point is that all he has pretty much is his DJ job, I don't think his record sales are that impressive..

Blissco won't comment on the comeback but they say they are building a new site that is coming online in a few weeks with lots of news

Eiffel 65 has re-united.

This is the best thing that has happened to italo dance this year. Given that it's italo they're working on and not so close to Bloom 06 style... 
Which was good stuff too. But E65 is my favourite italo group (Leveled only by Danijay )
And the story of Bloom 06 might still continue.
