Ciao from Holland !

Hi,

My name is Dave. I'm 21 years old and I live in Holland.

I have a passion for Italodance since 2002. I'm collecting all the good original releases (12" as well CD). Especially the 'revival' sound year 99 - 02. I also Dj, however the last couple of months not very active anymore.

Some months ago I started my own Dutch community: italodance.net
This is a portal site; including a forum, a monthly newsletter and my personal website (under construction)
It's growing quite well, with some very active members. It would be great if more Dutch people would join.

Alles gaat goed, en met jou?

I like this site very much! A great design, friendly members and usefull information. I especially like the interviews. (I hope it's okay to use some of that interviews on my forum. Ofcouse with mentioning the url of this site)

@ Maaike,

You don't have to participate very active, but I would appreciate a sign up. It's for the promotion of Italodance in Holland. And ofcourse everything is in our own language. By registering you will also receive the Italodance newsletter every month automaticly. Sounds fair? hehe Wink

Well, who knows... Maybe in the far future, when my forum has grown, I will organise a small Italo party...

Maybe you shouln't make such a fuss about it. There aren't any copyrights attached to it. Though as you look further you see I did put the source under most interviews. I probably just forgot this one. My website is a Dutch Italo site, so no competition to the International sites. I also didn't ask for the credits as you might have seen. So what's the problem. It's just an interview, for information.

Instead of being agry at me, put your energy to the illegal downloaders that destroyed the Italo scene. We all try to promote Italo, so should there be a fight about an interview...

We don't mind that you use our interviews Davvero. Although we had appreciated if you asked first, no big deal Smile! It's not our intention to hold the information all to our self but to promote this music as much as possible.

You're right about that Seb, I'm sorry. As you can see in my second post in this topic, I already asked for permission. But I should have asked it before using the interview, not after using it. The reason why I joined this forum is to participate in interesting topics. I like the atmosphere on this site. Very friendly, although Sammy is pissed at me Wink

I'm looking forward to your interview with Brothers. It's been a while ago since we heard something from them. Can you maybe ask them if they still have a contract with Melodica? I'm very curious because of all the changes with that label.
