Oooooh they are mp3s, i thought they were synth presets for the VSTs hahah. do you mind ? i've trying to do these synths for a long time now with no good results :'(
Good sample pack from those times is: Vengeance Essential Clubsounds Vol.1
Been released in 2005. Right before boom of HDS. And now you can try to make similar sounds (for example for lead) in Xfer Records Serum.
HDS people did most use hardware synth Virus Ti, that has very expensive price. Or Sylenth1, Vanguard, Novation V-Station, z3ta etc. These are software synths from those times.
In fact, in the world there are no ready-made presets for this style, and you will have to synthesize them yourself. So good luck in this matter!
