Interview with EMYOTT - 09th May 2007

IDP: Hello EMYOTT! For those who don't know your project, can you tell us about it and of course about the persons behind the name "EMYOTT", please?

EMYOTT: EMYOTT is the project of Andrea Bressan (34 years) and Emanuela Ottava (42 years). Our first single "Musica" was released at BIT Records and our newest single release will contran 2 tracks "Usami Corretamente" and "Liberi Nell'Aria". We're also working on some remixes for other projects, soon to be released, so stay in touch!

IDP: What do you think about the future of Italo Dance music?

EMYOTT: We've always played, lived with, and producing our own music. It's a part of us. We couldn't exist with out it.Based on what we've said previously, we believe that all styles if believed in, have no end, if expressed with quality and feeling.

IDP: What music styles are you listening to other than what you produce?

EMYOTT: We love all kinds of music, as long as it's for real.

IDP: Who is/are your favourite artist(s)?

EMYOTT: Our favourite artistes are Aretha Franklin, Vangelis and all the artists who have given us their souls, and the list is long!

IDP: What do you like to do on your spare time?

EMYOTT: At the moment all our free time is dedicated to our music, and that doesn't much time for leisure.We are currently going ahead with the project "Emyott" on a day to day basis, in hope that it'll into something important.
